SALON POLICY

Cancellation Policy

For new clients to the salon to secure your appointment we require a 50% booking fee for any

appointments, this will be required when booking and will be redeemed off your bill. For existing

clients we require a 50% booking fee for any appointment over £100 this will also be redeemed

against your bill upon your visit.

We respectfully request 48 hours notice of cancellation or any amendments to your appointments.

Your booking fee will then be transferred to your new appointment.

For late cancellations under 48 hour notice you will then forfeit your booking fee.

If you no show for an appointment we will require full payment for this appointment before any

future appointments can be made. These policies are down to Wispers discretion.

Complimentary Consultations

Consultations are a great way to speak to the experts at Wispers. We will be able to guide you

with what your hair requires to achieve your desired look. From maintenance to aftercare we will

be able to help give you all the advice you need for your hair.

Skin Testing Requirements

A skin allergy test is required for every new colour client to the salon. Skin tests must be carried

out at least 48 hours prior your colour appointment. For existing regular clients your skin test must

be updated every 12 months. You will also be required to update your skin test if you change your

colour or if you leave it longer than 6 months between your colours.

Skin tests are extremely important and unfortunately if your don’t have a valid skin test your

appointment will be cancelled as we will not be able to carry out the service.

Text Confirmation

You will receive a text message 48 hours prior to your booking confirming your appointment.

Personal Belongings & Valuables

We cannot be responsible for any personal items brought into the salon. Any items left in our

cloak cupboard are left entirely at the owner’s risk.

Gowning Procedure

We do not take responsibility for any items of clothing damaged during the technical or colouring

process. We advise clients to remove all valuable or high-necked items of clothing before their

service commences.
