We are pleased to announce that after a day of presentations, auditions and interviews at The Worx in London, Alex has secure a place in the Final of the 2021 F.A.M.E. Team. The Final will be held at Salon International at London’s Excel on Monday 18th October.

Alex had a full weekend of prepararation before the Semi Final and was judged by some of the Industries leading icons including British Hairdresser of the Year, Sally Brooks, Errol Douglas MBE, Ken Picton, Junior Green and Karollina Saunders and now commences her preparations for the finals. The FAME team is selected from national entrants and is a leading team representing the future of British Hairdressing.

To reach the final is in itself a huge accolade and we will all be supporting Alex to go the extra mile and make the final selection. The results of the final are announced in London on December 6th…..watch this space!

The Fellowship Academy of Merit and Excellence is an annual initiative that was created to nurture, encourage and promote an elite group of young, up-and-coming hairdressers in all aspects of the industry. Offering unique exposure and a possible platform for future stardom, the F.A.M.E Team is the UK hairdressing industry’s original, and still the best, independent launch platform for young creative stylists. We are pleased to announce that Alex has passed the first round of selection, and from many national entries has now made it through to the Semi Finals in London in August.

This is a tough, time demanding and exacting selection process and we are delighted that Alex has got this far. She has impressed the judges with her talent, skill, enthusiasm and creativity and we are all supporting her preparations for the next round. Fingers crossed and congratulations for reaching this point so far.
